Customer data processing
Within the scope of customer data processing, we collect and store information such as surname and first name, address, email address, telephone number/fax number, ordered goods/services, customer enquiry, date of enquiry to the extent required.
We process this data (except for your IP address) for the fulfilment and processing of contracts with you (incl. payment processing), customer enquiries and for our own advertising purposes in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
The legal basis for the processing of your customer data is Art.6 (1) 1 lit. b), c) and f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled, insofar as no legal retention periods (esp. from AO and HGB) conflict with this.
Event registration
On our website you can register for various events. To process such a registration, we collect the following personal data from you:

We use the Zoom video conferencing platform to hold online events. When registering for an online event, you will therefore be redirected to a page of Zoom Video Communications Inc. to complete the registration. As Zoom is a US company, personal data may also be transferred to the USA. As the USA is a so-called third country from a data protection point of view, the level of protection of the data is not comparable to that which applies here. Further protective measures must therefore be taken prior to the transfer. In addition to the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, Zoom Inc. relies on further technical security measures, such as additional data encryption.

When you call up a page that has an embedded video, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the content is displayed on the website by informing your browser.
