§1 Scope of application, obligations and costs
(1) These terms and conditions shall apply if persons participate in competitions and invitations to tender issued by DMG Chemisch-Pharmazeutische Fabrik GmbH, Elbgaustr. 248, 22547 Hamburg, Germany.
(2) Participation in the competition is free of charge and without obligation for the participants.
(3) By participating, the participants accept the conditions of participation.
(4) Participation is possible from [01.04.23] to [30.04.23].
§ 2 Eligibility
Natural persons over the age of 18 residing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are eligible to participate. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
§3 Processing and notification of winnings
(1) The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants after the closing date.
(2) The prize cannot be paid out in cash or in kind, nor can it be exchanged or transferred to other persons. The winner may renounce his or her prize. In this case, the next person will take his/her place or another winner will be determined according to the existing conditions.
(3) Notification of the prize will be sent by e-mail from the organizer DMG.
(4) The prize will be sent to the winner* by mail to the address provided or handed over by the Colleagues from Sales. When the prize is handed over to a transport person, the risk is transferred to the winner.
§4 Data protection information on the competition and rights of use
(1) Your personal data will be processed within the framework of the statutory provisions and only for the purposes of implementing and processing the competition. (2) The participant agrees that his/her submissions to the sweepstake as well as the transmitted personal data on the person (first name, last name, location, photograph or other electronic material) may be published on the online presence of DMG Chemisch-Pharmazeutische Fabrik GmbH in connection with the sweepstakes, its drawing and processing.
(3) In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name and [xxx] in the advertising media used by the organizer and on the online presence.
(4) The participant may subsequently object to the publication of his/her personal data.

§7 Additional conditions
(1) Additional conditions of participation (e.g. duration of the competition, type and scope of the prize) will be specified in the respective competition.
(2) A violation of these conditions of participation entitles the organizer to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information.
If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently withdrawn.
(3) Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
§8 Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
